A 20 minutes presentation of Jane Zhang, a Chinese Idol finalist in 2006. Kicking off with Mariah Carey's Hero, this snippet shows one of China's upcoming superstar with a wide repetoire of songs. Below video is Ji Jiaming, another Chinese Idol finalist with the Power of Love. With 1.3 billion people in China, you can be assured the amount of talent from the Middle Kingdom is in abundance. Surprisingly both didn't make it to winning and were placed second and third respectively. Another female singer, Li Yichun won the first prize. Both singers coincidentally hailed from Chengdu, Sichuan. If you listen to their vocal dynamics on a blind test, you would have passed them off as black singers.
