Zhouzhuang, located 30 kms towards the south east of Suzhou is one of China’s most famous water townships. It is noted for its profound cultural background, the well preserved ancient residential houses, the elegant watery views and the strong local colored traditions and customs.
Zhouzhuang's architectural structures were built during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, from 1368 to 1911. Taking the most convenient form of transport in Zhouzhuang, a gondola, we will present some of the its breathtaking sights here.
